Supreme Court dismisses plea to give Parliament exclusive law-making powers on "Health" by removing it from State list

The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed a plea seeking directions to include "Health" as a subject exclusively in the Union list of subjects (List I of Seventh Schedule of the Constitution) on which Parliament can legislate by taking it out of the State list (List II) under the Constitution of India.
