Supreme Court grants pensionary benefits to SSC Women Officers of IAF not considered for Permanent Commission
The Court observed that the appellants who moved Delhi High Court soon after the 2010 Babita Poonia judgment and also soon after their release from service should not be denied the benefit emanating from the judgment
