Supreme Court grants interim protection to 72-year-old whose anticipatory bail plea was not listed by Patna HC for 6 months

The top court directed the High Court to dispose of the anticipatory bail plea within four weeks and ordered the police not to take any coercive action against the petitioner during that period.
