Supreme Court issues contempt notice, orders personal appearance of Bihar officials for non-compliance with court order

A Division Bench of Justices L Nageswara Rao and BR Gavai noted that the officials have failed to ensure compliance with Court's previous orders directing the State to grant pensionary benefits to petitioners.
