Supreme Court pulls up NHRC for order to appoint its observers in West Bengal Panchayat Polls

"There are so many places where the Human Rights Commissions can step in, but they are only stepping in some places and acting like some super body," the Court orally remarked, before dismissing NHRC's appeal.
