Supreme Court rejects review petition against decision to quash Rule requiring 20 years experience to be State consumer forum member

The Supreme Court recently dismissed a plea to review its March 2023 judgment that had paved the way for lawyers and other professionals with 10 years of experience in relevant fields to be members of State and district consumer forums [Secretary Ministry of Consumer Affairs v.
