Supreme Court refuses to entertain West Bengal challenge to stay on arrest of Suvendu Adhikari

The Supreme Court on Monday refused to entertain the West Bengal government's appeal against the Calcutta High Court order granting protection from arrest to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Suvendu Adhikari in the criminal cases filed against him after his switch from the Trinamool Congress (TMC).
