The Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to reconsider its 2015 judgment by which top court had held that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) should disclose financial information regarding private and public banks under the Right To Information (RTI) Act (Reserve Bank of India v. Jayantilal N Mistry).
