Supreme Court seeks response of Central government, 15 States/UTs to PIL seeking enforcement of Right to Education Act

Notice was issued on the prayer seeking the implementation of Section 12(1)(c) of the Act that mandates unaided private schools to reserve 25 per cent entry-level seats for the economically weaker sections of society.
