Supreme Court stays Madras High Court judgment which had quashed ban on gutka, tobacco products in Tamil Nadu

A bench of Justices KM Joseph and BV Nagarathna stayed the High Court judgment but gave the respondent-tobacco companies liberty to approach the appropriate forum if having a case that their operations are not covered.
