Supreme Court stays MP High Court order directing CBI probe into Nursing Council recognition to 33 nursing institutions

The Supreme Court on Friday stayed an order of the Madhya Pradesh High Court directing the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to probe “irregularities” in recognition given to 33 nursing institutions by the MP Nursing Council in 2019-2020 [Preston College Through Its Director Shri Prabodh Tripath v State of Madhya Pradesh].
