The Supreme Court on Tuesday stayed a Punjab and Haryana High Court order that had restrained judges posted in Rohtak from dealing with bail petitions arising out a criminal case against DHL Infratech Pvt Limited and Gupta Property Developers [Sidhant Ohlan v. State of Haryana].
