Supreme Court to list 300 oldest after notice matters from October 11; oldest case dates back to 1979

Recently the Supreme Court registry had decided not to register 13,147 diary items having uncured defects.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday notified that 300 oldest after notice matters pending before it will be listed on non-miscellaneous days starting from October 11, 2022.
