Swiss Army Knife maker gets relief from Bombay HC against unauthorised listings on Amazon

Victorinox, the manufacturer of Swiss Army knives, said that listings of its products through a former dealer continued to be available on Amazon, despite an arbitral order barring such sales.

The Bombay High Court has directed Amazon Seller Services to delist all Victorinox-branded products being sold by Gute Reise India Pvt. Ltd. after Victorinox - which manufactures Swiss Army knives - pointed out that Gute Reise was no longer authorised to sell such products [Victorinox India Private Limited v Gute Reise India Private Limited & Anr].
