Tamil Nadu Bar Council suspends three lawyers from practice; two based on NDPS complaint, one citing IPC charges, detention as "Goonda"

All three lawyers have been prohibited from practicing as advocates in all courts, tribunals and other authorities in India until the disposal of disciplinary proceedings against them.

The Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry has intimated that it has passed orders prohibiting the practice of law by three advocates on account of criminal complaints having been filed against them.
