Will withdraw case against BJP’s Shobha Karandlaje if she apologises in press conference: State to Madras High Court
The High Court granted ten days to Karandlaje’s counsel to get instructions on whether or not was she willing to hold such press conference.
The Tamil Nadu government on Wednesday told the Madras High Court that it was willing to withdraw the case lodged against BJP Member of Parliament Shobha Karandlaje if she held a press conference to apologise for her comments alleging that the State had had a role to play in the Rameshwaram Café blast in Bengaluru.
