The Supreme Court on Friday set aside the December 2019 order of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) which had reinstated Cyrus Mistry as the Chairperson of Tata Sons Limited [Tata Consultancy Services Limited v. Cyrus Investment].
