Telangana High Court Advocates' Association opposes Collegium recommendations; will request President to annul Collegium system

The Telangana High Court Advocates' Association on Thursday raised objection to the recent recommendations of the High Court Collegium for appointment of judges and passed a resolution to request President of India to annul the Collegium system as it creates favoritism and arbitrariness in the matter of appointment to the constitutional posts.
