[Tribunal vacancies] "Bureaucracy taking it lightly:" Supreme Court unhappy with "knee-jerk" appointments

"We are getting [requests for] extension of time for NCLT matters etc. Some knee jerk appointments took place and nothing after that," CJI NV Ramana told Attorney General KK Venugopal.
