TV Today files defamation, copyright infringement suit against Newslaundry

Google, Facebook, and YouTube have also been made parties to the suit which has demanded a permanent injunction and damages of Rs 2 crore.

TV Today Network (TVTN) has filed a suit before the Delhi High Court against the digital news platform Newslaundry and its Founder-Directors alleging defamation, commercial disparagement and copyright infringement.
