UAPA Tribunal headed by Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma upholds Central government decision to ban PFI

Last year in October, the Central government had notified the appointment of Justice Sharma as the presiding officer of the UAPA Tribunal to review the ban.

The Unlawful Activities Prevention Act Tribunal (UAPA Tribunal) presided by Delhi High Court judge Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma on Tuesday upheld the Central government's decision to impose a 5-year ban on Popular Front of India (PFI) and its affiliate organizations.
