Can Governor dismiss a Minister? Madras High Court in pleas against Senthil Balaji continuing as minister after arrest

The High Court asked the petitioners to submit documents or official communications to prove that the Chief Minister had written to the Governor asking for Senthil Balaji to continue as a State minister.
