Will not take any further action against man summoned for filing RTI query on security at RSS HQ: Police to Bombay High Court

The government counsel also orally apologised to the man and assured that no further action will be taken against him. The Court recorded the same and disposed of the man's plea.

The Nagpur city police informed the Bombay High Court on Tuesday that it will not take further action against a man who was summoned for questioning after he filed an application under Right to Information (RTI) Act seeking information about the security provided at the headquarters of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in Nagpur.
