Luthra Partner Dipti Lavya Swain joins Azure Power as General Counsel

Luthra & Luthra Partner Dipti Lavya Swain has left the firm to take up an in-house role. Swain has joined Azure Power as General Counsel.

Swain is a specialist in Private Equity, M&A, Securities Law and Corporate Law.

After graduating from National Law University, Jodhpur, Swain joined Wadia Ghandy & Co. He worked at Wadia Ghandy for eight years before joining Luthra in 2014.

He was made Partner in 2015.
