Luthra & Luthra’s Litigation Partner, Ajit Warrier resigns to join Amarchand Delhi

Ajit Warrier, Litigation Partner at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices has recently resigned to join the Delhi office of Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner.

Ajit has almost 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial litigations, arbitrations and negotiations. His areas of practice include, amongst others, contractual, corporate and commercial disputes, infrastructure and engineering disputes, debts recovery laws, consumer litigations, writ petitions and real estate.

He also has extensive experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, including representing parties in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations, according to the Asialaw profile.

Ajit joined Luthra in 2006 and has been part of the litigation team. After graduating from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 1993 he joined the Chamber of NN Aggarwal. Thereafter, he set up his own independent practice and continued as an independent practitioner until he joined Luthra in 2006.
