Madras High Court refuses to intefere with expulsion of OPS, three others from AIADMK

The Madras High Court on Friday dismissed appeals filed by former Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam (OPS) and three other expelled All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) party members seeking to restrain the party from giving effect to its July 11, 2022 General Council resolutions, which included the orders for their expulsion.
