Magistrate transferred after she writes to Kerala High Court alleging harassment by Kottayam CJM
Magistrate Tiara Rose Mary had written to the Kerala High Court Registrar (District Judiciary) on February 29, alleging continuous harassment by her superior, CJM Viveeja Sethumohan.
A Magistrate who had approached the Kerala High Court complaining of harassment by a Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) has been transferred from her post.
