Majmudar & Partners promotions: Rukshad Davar made M&A Head + New Principal, SA

Majmudar & Partners has appointed Partner Rukshad Davar as Head of the firm’s M&A Practice Group.  Rukshad joined the firm in 2011 from Bharucha & Partners.

Rukshad is a solicitor admitted in Mumbai and England & Wales; and a chartered accountant from India. Apart from Bharuch, he has worked at Amarchand Mangaldas, and P & A Law Offices.

The firm has also promoted Amrit Mehta to Principal. Amrit is a 2008 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur and focuses on corporate/M&A and real estate.

Kritika Agarwal has been promoted to Senior Associate and will be working on M&A transactions, competition law, finance and information technology matters.
