Man acquitted in 26/11 case moves Bombay High Court to secure right to work
The police denied his police clearance application to work as a commercial auto-rickshaw driver, citing alleged links to the terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba, despite his acquittal in the 26/11 case.
Fahim Arshad Mohammad Yusuf Ansari, the only person acquitted in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack case, has moved the Bombay High Court seeking a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) in order to work as a commercial auto-rickshaw driver.
