Manish Sisodia moves Supreme Court against his arrest by CBI in Delhi Excise Policy Scam; hearing at 3.50 pm today

The matter was mentioned before Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud for urgent listing. The CJI after initial reluctance agreed to hear the case at 3.50 pm today.

Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia moved the Supreme Court on Tuesday challenging his arrest by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the alleged Delhi Excise Policy scam.
