Media reports on Abhishek Banerjee are political propaganda; initiate defamation, we can't gag media: Calcutta High Court

"Courts of law cannot pass orders on political propaganda," the judge observed, while adding that defamation cases could be filed against some of the news reports which were opined to be "outright defamation."
