Mere use of vehicle while carrying illegal liquor not sufficient to confiscate vehicle: Patna High Court

The Court also ordered the payment of ₹1 lakh each as compensation to two vehicle owners whose vehicles were confiscated after liquor was confiscated from the bag/ clothes of the driver/ pillion rider of the vehicle.
