"Mind-numbing insensitivity:" Bombay High Court junks plea by hotels seeking concession on liquor license fees claiming to be 'victims' of COVID

The Court said that the argument by the petitioners that they were also victims of COVID-19 since their businesses had suffered, was thoroughly irresponsible and amounted to mind-numbing insensitivity.
