Hindenburg report on Adani: ML Sharma moves Supreme Court seeking probe against Nathan Anderson

A petition was filed before the Supreme Court on Thursday seeking directions to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Union Home Ministry to conduct an enquiry and register a First Information Report (FIR) against founder of Hindenburg Research, Nathan Anderson, and his associates in India for its recent report on Adani Group.
