Senior Advocate Mukul Rohatgi will appear for Delhi-based lawyer Rohit Tandon in the Supreme Court against a Delhi High Court order rejecting his plea for bail..The matter was mentioned today by Rohatgi before a Bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra, who agreed to list it on Monday..In May this year, Rohit Tandon’s bail application was dismissed by a Single Judge Bench of Justice SP Garg..The High Court had, however, granted him an interim bail on August 10 to be with his mother who was undergoing surgery. The interim bail expires on September 6..Tandon was arrested after the Greater Kailash office of his law firm T&T Law was raided post demonetisation.
