Singhania Dispute: Mumbai Courts reserve orders on pleas to restrain publication of Vijaypat Singhania Biography

The biography of Dr Vijaypat Singhania, father of Raymond Limited Chairman and Managing Director Gautam Hari Singhania, has attracted two pleas seeking to restrain its publication on the apprehension that it contains defamatory statements. Dr Vijaypat Singhania formerly served as Chairman Emeritus of Raymond.
