National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has decided to hold regular sittings from June 2, 2020.
A Notice to this effect was issued by NCDRC today.
Meanwhile, all matters that are listed before June 2, 2020 i.e. from May 19 to June 1, stand adjourned to dates in July and August 2020.
Matters requiring an extremely urgent hearing, if any, may be mentioned before the President, NCDRC at 11 am at his residential office at 18, Akbar Road, New Delhi.
Earlier this year, NCDRC had restricted its functioning due to the COIVD-19 pandemic and the consequent lockdown.
