NCDRC to hold hybrid hearings from April 15 [Read Practice Directions]

Parties joining virtual hearings should have a minimum internet speed of 2 Megabits per second (Mbps), the Commission has recommended.

Cases listed before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) will be heard in hybrid mode (physically as well through video conferencing) April 15 onwards, on a pilot project basis.
