Breaking: NCLAT Chennai Bench to start functioning through virtual mode from Monday [Read Notification]

Fresh appeals against orders of the NCLTs having jurisdiction in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Lakshadweep and Puducherry will have to be filed before NCLAT Chennai from January 25.

Over ten months after the Central government notified its formal establishment last March, the Chennai Bench of the National Company Appellate Law Tribunal (NCLAT Chennai) will commence its functioning on Monday, January 25.
