NCLT Bengaluru issues notice to Byju's on insolvency plea by international lender

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) at Bengaluru today issued notice on a petition filed by international lender Glas Trust LLC, seeking the initiation of insolvency proceedings against Think & Learn Pvt Ltd, the parent company of edu-tech startup Byju's.
