[NDPS Act] Physical nature of contraband not relevant to determine whether it is opium: Supreme Court

A Bench headed by Chief Justice of India NV Ramana held that physical analysis is not prescribed under the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS Act) for testing opium.
