Rajya Sabha lawmakers from the All India Trinamool Congress, Mausam Noor and Jawhar Sircar, today wrote to the Secretary-General of the Rajya Sabha PC Mody raising question of breach of privilege by former Chief Justice of India and now Member of Parliament (MP) Ranjan Gogoi.
