Niki Kantawala merges practice with Aureus Law Partners; Aureus starts office in Uttarakhand with Mukesh Agarwal

Independent Practitioner Niki Kantawala along with his team of four lawyers will be joining Aureus Law Partners, which was recently set up by former HSA Advocates Partner Abhishek Dutta along with Rashmi Chaudhury..Kantawala will be merging his entire practice with Aureus and will take charge as a Senior Partner in the firm. He will be heading the firm’s IPR, dispute resolution and corporate commercial practices..Kantawala started practicing in 1992 in Delhi after graduating from Mumbai University. He initially worked with Senior Advocate Arun Mohan before branching out on his own in 1993..On his decision to merge his practice with Aureus, Kantawala said, “I know Abhishek since the time he had interned with me. We had been discussing the idea of merging our practices for a while now. I have never been with a firm before so decided to try it out.
