NLU Jodhpur, Harvard grad Kartikey Mahajan returns to India to join Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas

National Law University, Jodhpur graduate Kartikey Mahajan is making a move back to India, joining Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas from United Kingdom law firm King & Spalding. He is joining the firm as a Counsel..Mahajan, who specialises in international arbitration, complex multi-jurisdictional litigation and white-collar investigation, will join the Mumbai office of SAM in January 2021..Speaking to Global Arbitration Review on the move, Mahajan said,"Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas was an obvious choice for me because of its market-leading international arbitration practice. He worked at Kirkland & Ellis, before joining King & Spalding in 2019..Mahajan is also a Visiting Faculty at his alma mater NLU Jodhpur. He serves on various arbitration bodies including the YSIAC Steering Committee and is the UK national representative of the International Bar Association (IBA) Young Lawyers Committee.
