The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) is hosting a conference on the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 on the theme "From Resolution to Resilience: Reimagining India’s Corporate Restructuring Landscape" on April 25, 2026 (Saturday) at Chennai.

With the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Amendment) Bill, 2025 poised to redefine resolution paradigms, this conference brings together policymakers, insolvency professionals, asset reconstruction companies, audit leaders, and corporate strategists to decode the future of distressed asset resolution.
