#LawFirmsMerger: Pamasis Law Chambers and SanAd Legal merge to form PSL

Delhi-based boutique firm Pamasis Law Chambers (PLC) and Mumbai-based law firm SanAd Legal (SL) have merged their practices. The combined firm will have 5 partners with 20 lawyers located in Delhi and Mumbai, and will be known as PSL.

PLC was set up in 2012 by Sameer Jain, Sandeep Bajaj, Siddharth Jain and Manju Jain. Sameer Jain was working with Luthra & Luthra as an Associate and Siddharth Jain was working with AS Chandhiok and Fox Mandal before setting up PLC.

SanAd Legal was founded by Aditya Chopra in 2015. 

On the merger, Sandeep Bajaj, commented,

“The two firms have a working relationship and exceptional understanding, which has led to this decision of alliance.

The joint capabilities of the firms will have distinguished approach towards delivering solutions with utmost quality and expertise and will also unlock business opportunities, propelling business growth.” 

Sameer Jain said,

 “Widening our service capability was a part of Firm’s vision and we felt that it was the right time to merge our practice with an aim to enhance our visibility and delivery.” 

Aditya Chopra added,

“I knew Sameer and Sandeep for many years and worked with them on many assignments and it feels great and motivated to be aligned with them. The professional credentials in the respective practice areas will further strengthen our service scalability.”

With this alliance, PSL will have extensive capability to handle Conflict Resolution, Arbitration, and Corporate & Commercial Laws along with Intellectual Property, Anti Trust/Competition Law, Taxation, Land and Property and Civil Law. 

The merger has been facilitated by Legal League Consulting, management consultants to the global legal industry, through Bithika Anand, Founder & CEO and Jogesh Sharma, AVP – Strategic Management & Process Redesigning.
