PIL filed before Supreme Court over New Delhi Railway Station stampede
The petition filed by advocate Vishal Tiwari has sought constitution of an expert committee to frame guidelines and measures for crowd management so as to prevent such instances in future.
A public interest litigation (PIL) petition has been filed before the Supreme Court in light of the stampede at the New Delhi Railway station on February 15 that left at least 18 people dead and hundreds injured.
