In a video which surfaced on social media, some men were seen shouting Jai Shri Ram as Banerjee’s motorcade was passing through..An agitated Banerjee was seen coming out of the car and arguing with the persons who had chanted the slogan. She had also asked police officials to take down the names of those persons. According to India Today, Banerjee had accused them of “coming from other States” and “abusing us.”.Subsequently, the police had registered an FIR against “unknown people” for criminal intimidation.
