PIL filed before Supreme Court challenging three Criminal Law Amendment Acts

The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam will replace Indian Penal Code (IPC), Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) and Indian Evidence Act respectively.
