Plea before Bombay High Court challenges name change of metro station from ‘Pathanwadi’ to 'Dindoshi'

When the matter came up for hearing, a bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice MS Karnik asked the petitioner to deposit ₹1 lakh as pre-condition to hear the plea, which the petitioner agreed to do.
